Tip Top Printed Circuits was established in 1997, we have over 15 years of production experience for PCBs. Our main products include 1 to 14L rigid PCBs, one to six flexible PCBs and 1 to 2L aluminum base PCBs. They are widely used in automobile peripheral electronics, computers, and mobile phones.
We have two factories that are ISO 9001:2008-, ISO 14001:2004-, ISO 14064:2006-, and ISO/TS 1649:2009-certified. Both factories cover a total area of 10,000 square meters and follow the ERP management system. We have 19 automatic production lines that are equipped with advanced technology and state-of-the-art QC machines like metallic microscopes, controlled impedance test systems and RoHS inspecting instruments.
Due to our focus on quality, we employ 60 QC staff with an average of five years of experience. We assign two to three QC staff in each production line to ensure quality control. Furthermore, our material suppliers have been our partners for over 15 years, ensuring we receive the same top quality raw materials. This is why our products are complaint with the RoHS-Directive and are UL-approved.
We have 70 engineers with an average of five years' experience. Some of them have previously worked with Foxconn and Flextronics. They have allowed us to make PCBs with HASL/HASL lead free, chemical gold, chemical silver, chemical tin, OSP, gold plating, gold fingers, peel-able mask and carbon ink. They can also design and produce samples according to your requirements within two to three days.
